Section-wise IIFT exam analysis 2018
Verbal Ability section had school level Grammar questions like identify the adjective clause, noun clause etc. The section was time consuming section as the para-jumble and para-correction questions were lengthy.
Reading Comprehension passages were lengthy and not the usual factual questions.
Quantitative Ability, although not difficult but was definitely time consuming. Maximum questions were arithmetic based while a few of them were from geometry and modern maths.
Like all exams, Data Interpretation was extensively calculations based, 1 set was easily manageable for all.
General Awareness: Surprisingly, the General Awareness section of IIFT 2018 exam was toughest with questions from current affairs and static GK. The questions were asked from a vast range of topics, from entertainment to defence exercises, international relations and world trade.
