NIACL AO Recruitment 2018 – Salary & Pay Scale Allowances
The NIACL AO are recruited in the pay scale of 32795-1610(14)-55335-1745(4)-62315. That is, a newly recruited AO will have a basic pay of Rs. 32795/- and after one year, he/she will get an increment of Rs 1610. Likewise, he/she will get 14 such increments and when the Basic Pay reaches Rs. 55335, he will be eligible to get an increment of Rs 1745 for further 4 years till his salary reaches Rs. 62315.
AOs are eligible for many allowances. These include Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance, Transport Allowance etc., which are revised from time to time during settlements and are also eligible for reimbursements like Newspapers, Briefcase, Furniture (as per eligibility), books, Group Personal Accident Insurance and LTC etc.
Some locations include the quarter facilities for the newly recruited AOs but it is purely subject to availability.
AOs are eligible to get reimbursements of medical charges as per eligibility and get some of the dispensary facilities.
AOs get loans and advances at a much cheaper rate for Housing, Vehicle, Computers etc. and AOs are covered by the NPS scheme by NSDL and have the benefit of gratuity.
Approximately, NIACL AO gross salary is Rs. 51000/- per month and the CTC excluding the Housing/Quarters comes out to be Rs. 650000/-
NIACL AO Recruitment 2018 – Eligibility Criteria
NIACL AO Recruitment 2018 – Educational Qualification:
- Generalists: A candidate must possess the minimum qualification of a
graduate/post graduate in any discipline from a recognised University or any
equivalent qualification recognised as such by Central Government with at least
60% marks in either of the degree examination for General candidates and at
least 55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. - Specialists: A candidate must possess the minimum qualification as follows. The
qualification should be from a recognised University or any equivalent
qualification recognised as such by Central Government. 
- Candidate should possess certificate in proof of passing the qualifying
examination as on 01.12.2018.
* MBA/PGDM Finance candidates must furnish certificate from university
confirming their specialization in finance at the time of interview, failing which
they will not be allowed to appear for the interview. - Note
a) Educational qualifications should be from a University/ Institution/
Board recognised by Govt. Of India/ approved by Govt. Regulatory
Bodies and the result should have been declared on or before
01.12.2018.
b) Proper document from Board / University for having declared the result
on or before 01.12.2018 has to be submitted at the time of interview.
c) The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate of
the necessary qualification as on 01.12.2018.
d) The percentage marks shall be arrived at by dividing the total marks
obtained by the candidate in all the subjects in all semester(s)/year(s)
by aggregate maximum marks in all the subjects irrespective of honours
/ optional / additional optional subject, if any. This will be applicable for
those Universities also where Class / Grade is decided on basis of
Honours marks only. The fraction of percentage so arrived will be
ignored i.e. 59.99% will be treated as less than 60%.
e) Where CGPA / OGPA are awarded, the candidate will have to produce a
certificate issued by the appropriate authority inter alia stating the norms
of the University regarding conversion of grade into percentage and the
percentage of marks scored by the candidate in terms of norms
NIACL AO Recruitment 2018 – Age Limit:
- Age (as on 01.12.2018)
Minimum Age: 21 years Maximum Age: 30 years, as on 01.12.2018
i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd Dec-1988 and not
later than 1st Dec-1997 (both dates inclusive).

- Click on the”APPLY ONLINE”.
- Click on the option “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER (AO)” to open the Online Application Form.
- Click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the NIACL AO 2018 Online Application Form.
- Now Provisional registration number and password will be generated.
- An Email & SMS about Provisional Registration number and Password will be sent on your device for further use.
- Reopen the application by Registration number and password.
- Upload the photograph and signature in the required field.
- Pay the Required fees on the secured window.
- Now press ‘FINAL SUBMIT’ after ensuring all the details filled is correct.
- Your online application form for NIACL AO 2018 Recruitment is submitted successfully.
Note: Before the final submission candidates are requested to use “SAVE AND NEXT” facility to verify the details. No change is allowed after final submission.
