Dear Aspirants,
Many of you are going to appear in upcoming SBI PO Prelims 2016 Exam which is scheduled to be held on 2nd, 3rd, 9th & 10 July 2016. There has been not any change in the pattern of the prelim exam compared to this year.
Last year, SBI conducted an exam for the post of Probationary Officers on 20, 21, 27 & 28th of June 2015.
The selection was based on 3 phases, Prelims Exam (phase I), Mains Exam (phase II) & interview process. To get a call for Phase II (Mains Exam), you need to qualify the cutoff, which is applied in 2 stages –
1. Sectional Cutoff – You need to qualify each section of the exam, if you fail to clear the cutoff of any of the sections, you will be out of the competition.
2. Total Score of Objective Test – Also, you have to clear overall cutoff of the written exam, if you manage to clear the sectional cutoff of each section but fail to clear the overall cutoff, then also you will be out of the competition.
