Eligibility Criteria for EPFO Assistant

Given below is the required eligibility criteria for Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation(EPFO) Assistant Recruitment 2019.

A. Age Limit (as on 25.06.2019)

Min. Age – 20 years
Max. Age – Must not have attained the age of 27 years as on 25th June, 2019.

Age Relaxation

• Candidates are required to upload copies of educational certificates, caste certificates, PwD certificate etc. at the time of submission of online application.

B. Educational Qualification (as on 25.06.2019)

• You need to have a graduation degree from a recognized university or any equivalent qualification recognized as by Central Government as on the closing date for online registration of application .

NOTE : Those awaiting results of the final examination of the prescribed Educational/Professional qualification SHOULD NOT APPLY.

EPFO Assistant Job Profile & Salary in Hand 2019

• The Monthly Salary for the post of Assistant is ₹ 44,900.
• In Addition to the monthly salary ₹ 44,900, the employees will also get DA, HRA, Transport allowance & other additional allowances.
• The Salary is in accordance with the Level- 7 of Pay Matrix (Civilian employees) Under 7TH Pay Commission with Entry Pay Rs. 44,900/-

EPFO Assistant Syllabus & Exam Pattern

EPFO Assistant Phase I – Preliminary Examination

Negative Marking: 1/4^th of the mark assigned to that particular question. 

EPFO Assistant Phase II: Main Examination

Negative Marking: 1/4^th of the mark assigned to that particular question. 

Descriptive paper will be completely online, i.e. the questions will be displayed on the screen and the candidates will have to type the answers using keyboard. Descriptive paper will be conducted online immediately after completion of online objective test of Phase-II Main Exam.

EPFO Assistant Qualifying Marks: – Qualifying Marks in Phase-I (Preliminary Exam.) and Phase – II (Main Exam) will be decided as per discretion of EPFO Descriptive paper will be completely online, i.e. the questions will be displayed on the screen and the candidates will have to type the answers using keyboard. Descriptive paper will be conducted online immediately after completion of online objective test of Phase-II Main Exam.
