Satya Pal Malik
Recently, Satya Pal Malik was given additional charge as Governor of Bihar by Indian President Ram Nath Kovind. He was given additional charge after incumbent governer S C Jamir completed his five year tenure. Satya Pal Malik hails from Baghpat district from Uttar Pradesh, He began his political career as a member of UP legislative assembly between 1974 and 1977. Later on he was elected from Aligarh Constituency. Twice he has been Rajya sabha member. He has also served as MoS for Parliamentary affairs and tourism.
