Vineet Joshi
Government of India has appointed former Chairman of Central Board of Secondary Education , as the first Director General(DG) of National Testing Agency. He will serve the tenure of five years. Vineet Joshi, is a 1992 batch IAS officer of the Manipur cadre. He was a resident of Manipur government, before this appointment. During his tenure as the CBSE chairman, he had introduced big changes such as Continuous Comprehensive Evaluation(CCE) and had made the Class X board examination optional.
