Federal Bank Exam Pattern & Stages of Selection
The selection procedure will have 3 stages:
- Aptitude Test (+Psychometric Test)
- Group Discussion
- Personal Interview
The Federal Bank Recruitment 2017 consists of Online Aptitude Test (objective type) followed by Psychometric Questionnaire. The Test will consist of 6 different subjects:

Note:
- Negative marking – 0.25 for wrong answers.
- Psychometric Questionnaire (for a max 20 minutes) will take place after Online Aptitude Test.
